The Jacaranda Celebrates 10 Years of Jacaranda Records with star-studded year of live events!

The Jacaranda, a Liverpool institution, is celebrated as one of the United Kingdom's most iconic grassroots music venues—a title cemented by its place in history as the first stage The Beatles ever graced. With a legacy spanning over 60 years, the venue remains a cornerstone of Liverpool’s music scene. Its record-selling arm, Jacaranda Records, is preparing to mark a milestone of its own, turning 10 years old in 2025 and they are celebrating this anniversary with a star-studded year of live events and album launch shows.

Although 2025 has only just begun, Jacaranda Records has already announced upcoming album launch events with Franz Ferdinand, FKA Twigs, David Gray, The Wombats and Father John Misty, setting the stage for another unforgettable year.

Veso Mihyalov, Head of Bookings at Jacaranda Records said: “The launch of Jacaranda Baltic in 2024 opened up new opportunities for us. We thought it might take time to gain traction, but within a month, we had Shed Seven celebrating their first number one album on-stage, album launch shows with The Libertines, Tom Odell and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes. It’s been incredible to keep bringing these amazing acts to Liverpool!”

Jack Rowley, Marketing & PR at Jacaranda Records said: “Michael Kiwanuka’s show in 2024 was our fastest-selling event tickets sold out in under five seconds. While some fans were disappointed, we quickly added a second show. With what we’ve got planned for 2025, I can confidently say that record won’t last for long at all.”
