With hits like ‘Thick Of It’ and ‘Trip Through The Night’, Liverpool Indie Rockers The Kairos have left a lasting impression on their scene. Having played numerous unforgettable shows in the likes of The Zanzibar, Heebie Jeebies and the Arts club, this band show no signs of slowing down with their Kasabian style Rock sound.
Their new single, 'Suspend', starts off slowly with the drums building up before an onslaught of Rock goodness is unleashed with a catchy, repeating guitar lick. The lyrics fit well with the song with the phrase “living on the outside”, a constant throughout for fans to sing along to. The aggressiveness of the vocal delivery perfectly encapsulates his frustrations of “livin on the outside, I wonder what it feels like” and makes way for a brilliant Rock guitar solo.
The rhythm of the song then changes dramatically with a brief return to the muted riff heard at the beginning before returning to a full mix of thumping drums and crunchy guitar distortion to round the anthemic single off nicely!
Awesome vocal!
