Drawing inspiration from the likes of Lorde and The Japanese House, her music utilises layered harmonies to full effect, building up silky vocal textures that give an ethereal backdrop to the infectious lead melodies.
Her latest single ‘Are We Really Over?’ matches bubbling synth tones with a solid Pop beat that instantly makes you want to move. Lyrically, there are darker Hyper-Pop hints, as she runs through visceral examples of how a past lover has left a lasting impression on her body and mind. However, the brightness of the electronic textures prevents from this darkness from taking over the track. Rather, you are met with a super fun Indie Pop hit with a poignant core.
