Discover the punchy Indie sound of Ruston Taylor's debut single!

Sydney based singer Ruston Taylor released his punchy new single ‘29’ early this month. With hints of both Rock and Alternative music he is able to create the perfect blend of bittersweet lyrics combined with an exciting guitar and drum backing. Taking hints from the likes of Sam Fender, Ruston remains to his authentic self on the track, something which shines through in the raw emotion of his sound.

In a playlist pinned to his Spotify, Ruston claims that the inspirations from '29' derive mainly from British Indie giants such as The Stone Roses, Blossoms and The Kooks. The overall sound of the single really does sound like a blend of all of these beloved artists, but with its own unique twist that only someone as special as Ruston can bring to a song.
